JReady is an interactive, collaborative website which gathers relevant information for dealing with emergency situations and community crises, based on expertise and experience accumulated in Israel and around the world. The platform gathers information, knowledge and tools to facilitate communal responses to crises.
JReady provides access to technological tools or apps that are designed to respond to community needs in times of crises (e.g. food and medicine delivery app, elderly relieve, volunteer matching apps). JReady offers online Webinars by experts in various fields. JReady publishes Best Practice guidelines to respond to various aspects of a crisis. JReady offers an Innovation Arena, where various entities and investors can collaborate to develop different tools services for emergency response. JReady provides access to Expert Consultations (online, by phone or by email) with relevant experts in various topics. JReady also offers an online forum for discussions with professionals like you from around the globe (all together the “JReady Services»). The Jewish Agency for Israel (The Jewish Agency: “we”, “our”, “us”, “JReady”) provides the JReady Services subject to the following conditions.

Electronic Communications
When you use JReady Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other JReady Services, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records, and you agree that all such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included in or made available through any JReady Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of JReady or its content suppliers (except for content submitted for publication by you and the other users on the website). The compilation of all content included in or made available through any JReady Service is the exclusive property of JReady and protected by Israel copyright laws.
No JReady Service, nor any part of any JReady Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any purpose, including commercial purpose without express written consent of JReady. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms and Conditions of Use or any service terms are reserved and retained by JReady or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers.
You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of JReady, or use any meta tags or any other «hidden text» utilizing JReady’s name or trademarks, without JReady’s express written consent.
You may not misuse the JReady Services. You may use the JReady Services only as permitted by law and as detailed herein. As JReady requires others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by the Website violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify JReady. JReady will, as it is able, respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material.
In the case of a user who infringes upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of JReady or others, JReady may, in its discretion, terminate or deny access of such user to the use of the Website, Products, and/or Services.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
You may, were it is specifically permitted on the site, post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of «spam» or unsolicited commercial electronic messages.
Please note, that JReady will do its best to review content prior/after it being published. JReady reserves the right (but not the obligation) not to upload or alternatively, to remove or edit such content. However, JReady cannot guaranty to review all materials. Mainly, posting content other than online chat is subject to the approval of JReady’s professional committee.
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead.
if you do post, submit or deliver any content or material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant JReady a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant JReady and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content or material that you post, submit or deliver; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify JReady for all claims resulting from content you supply.
JReady has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. JReady takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
User Accounts and Use
In order to use some of the JReady Services, you will be required to open User Account(s). JReady has the right but not the obligation to approve your request for a User Account. When signing up for a User Account and when using each of the JReady services, you hereby undertake to comply with the following stipulations.
Unless otherwise specifically stated in a Service, your use of the Services shall be for professional or personal use only; you shall not transfer, distribute or publish any content or portion of the Services to any third parties apart from where available through JReady Services itself and shall not sell, resell, syndicate or republish any of the Services.
You hereby warrant that any information you provide to JReady is true and correct. You shall not use the JReady Services to impersonate anyone else or to register on behalf of any other person.
You will use the Services only in good faith with no intention of maliciously harming. You will not use the JReady Services to spam, send unsolicited publications, stalk, harass or threaten any other person or computer system.
You will not use any automated means, including computer code, crawlers, robots or scripts in order to harvest information, parse, cache or otherwise provide service to any third person. you will not create or use any script, software, code or program that otherwise manipulates, falsifies, adds or removes functionality to the Services.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use JReady Services.
Your right to access or use JReady Services may terminated or suspended for any reason on appropriate notice, such as if you violate any of these Terms.
Consultants / owners of technological tools and applications / lecturers, etc.
If you wish to propose your tool or technological application, your expertise, best practice, a webinars, your innovation, etc., you will be required to fill out relevant information in the form, and your proposal will be reviewed by JReady’s Professional Committee. Shall your offer be approved, you hereby undertake to comply with the following stipulations
You agree to give JReady rights to use the materials you have transferred and / or will transfer to JReady (hereinafter in this section: «the materials») as well as the following details: CV in different languages, your photo, your contact information, your areas of expertise, etc., for publication on JReady, as well as in any JReady consultation or seminar you attend (as much as you attend).
You acknowledge that you own the copyright or other appropriate rights in the said materials; that the content is accurate; that using the materials will not cause harm to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify JReady for any claim arising out of the materials.
You acknowledge that you have the necessary knowledge, expertise and ability to provide the services you are offering on JReady.
If relevant to the type of service, you undertake to provide to your best ability short-term consultation services to Jewish communities and organizations if they contact you through JReady. The services will be provided within a reasonable period of time from the date of receipt of the referral and at no cost. Such services will be provided in accordance with JReady’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
You understand and agree that the JReady Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranty of any kind. JReady and all owners of the content make no representations and disclaim any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Neither JReady nor any owner of content warrants that the JReady Service is free of malware or other harmful components. In addition, JReady makes no representation nor does it warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third party applications (or the content thereof), user content, devices or any other product or service advertised, promoted or offered by a third party on or through the JReady Service or any hyperlinked website, or featured in any banner or other advertising and JReady is not responsible or liable for any transaction between you and third party providers of the foregoing. You expressly agree that your use of the JReady Services is at your sole risk.
No advice or information whether oral or in writing obtained by you from JReady Services shall create any warranty on behalf of JReady. While using the JReady Service, you may have access to explicit content filtering features, but use of these features may still result in some explicit content being served and you should not rely on such features to filter all explicit content.
It is clarified that the information provided in the JReady Services, including Third-Party Services, which is provided as a voluntary or pay service to the users, is not to be in any way used or considered as professional advice and / or recommendation and / or opinion and / or a substitute for advice from an expert, experience and / or knowledge in the relevant field.
It is clarified that any action you take according to the information stated and / or presented is the sole responsibility of the user. JReady and anyone on its behalf, are in no way responsible for the results of use of the information.
To the full extent permissible by law, JReady disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. JReady does not warrant that the JReady Services, information, content, materials, products or other services included in or otherwise made available to you through the JReady Services, JReady’s servers or electronic communications sent from JReady are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the full extent permissible by law, JReady will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any JReady Service, or from any information, content, materials, products or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through any JReady Service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Third-Party Services
JReady will do its best to review all of the materials, including software, that appear in the JReady website, in order to ensure their suitability for the contents of JReady Services. However, JReady cannot guaranty to review all materials. JReady is not responsible for that material’s content, use or effects. By operating JReady Services, JReady does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted/uploaded/presented, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. JReady Services may contain content that contains technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be solely governed by the laws of the state of Israel, including their statutes regarding conflict of laws and may be solely brought to the competent court in Jerusalem only (whether the use of the JReady Services is made in Israel or abroad).
