Nadav has years of experience in leading complex search and rescue missions worldwide, gained through numerous activities related to the field. Having completed his master’s degree (M.DM) in emergency and disaster management from Tel Aviv University, Nadav specializes in incorporating academic and practical knowledge when developing training curricula and work procedures for organizations and factories. He currently serves as a reservist in the IAF Search and Rescue Unit.

Yochai Lelior

Co-founder & CEO, Rescue One

Head of the Rescue-1 international rescue unit. Thus far, has led dozens of search and rescue missions for travellers in disaster zones. During his military service, Yochai served as the commander of the IDF tactical rescue school and during his reserve service he headed the IDF Alpinist Unit. He currently manages training and assessment of teams in factories and large institutions in various emergency response fields, including structural collapse, fire hazards, HAZMAT, and more.
