Yehonatan Shvartzman

Yehonatan Shvartzman is the Founder & director of Shvartzman & Co. Capacity Development Consulting firm and formerly the Director of the Volunteering Department at the Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs in Israel. Yehonatan have been working for the past 15 years in the development of community resources and the management of volunteer work for the benefit of the society. He believes in the integration of business norms into social management and forming cross-sectoral collaborations for collective impact to bring about change. He has vast experience in creating cross-sectoral collaborations, structuring and promoting the growth of organizations, teamwork, public speaking, innovation and politics.
