Naama Yardeni is one of the key staff of Latet. As the Director of Latet's Aid for Life Department since 2017, she is in charge of providing direct assistance to more than 1,000 Holocaust survivors in need (food, home repairs, paramedical assistance and loneliness relief). Her other areas of responsibility are Latet’s research projects, government relations, advocacy and awareness programs She manages a staff of 7 employees, 1300 volunteers nationwide and a budget of about 7.5M NIS per year. She leads, writes and supervises the yearly publication of Latet's Alternative report on Poverty and is responsible for Latet's Social Lab, a one of its kind field research which seeks solutions to poverty and food insecurity. During the Covid-19 crisis, Naama was in charge of the important mission to serve 15,000 elderly people in need with an emergency package for 3 months, followed by her team and thousands of volunteers. Naama has years of experience in the fields of education, project management and research. She holds a B.A in Behavioral Sciences from Ben Gurion University and a MBA in Business and Social Leadership. And she can achieve the impossible !
