Guy Caspi

Caspi began his career in Magen David Adom, which provides Israel’s pre-hospital emergency medical needs including disaster, ambulance and blood services, as a youth volunteer in 1979. He worked as an EMT since 1986, a paramedic since 1995, and has been in his current position since 1999 as well as a faculty member of Ben Gurion University of the Negev – Paramedics program. His responsibilities include basic and advanced MCI / and non-conventional training for MDA employees and volunteers, development of training programs and continuing MCI / non-conventional education programs; drills and emergency exercises for agency staffers. He introduced MDA's Multi Casualty Incident non-conventional protocols to other emergency agencies for the purpose of on-scene coordination and cooperation.
