Dr. Giladi is the founder and the CEO of VOCA - Voice Of Child Association. She is a pioneer and recognized expert on child-on-child abuse and harassment behavior as a form of a play that develops into sexual harassment. Dr. Giladi is the Israeli leader in the Middle East for CE International, which promotes education, healthcare and early childhood education around the world. She is an expert consultant partner at the Jewish Agency’s JReady. In 2008 she received the ICASH certificate of recognition at the for her research and work in promoting child sexual harassment prevention, and in 2010 was awarded by the ISS for her work as practicing sociologist for children and youth. She is married and the mother of three children.
